Meet the Founder
Zack Gould, Founder of ZG Group, Inc., began his career in sales at Liberty Mutual, where he successfully built a thriving book of business. Leveraging the sales and growth lessons learned from a major carrier, Zack laid the foundation to venture out on his own. He co-founded an award-winning independent insurance agency, recognized three times by Inc. 500 and Boston's Best Place to Work. During the growth phase of his agency, Zack opened a consulting company focused on helping his colleagues in insurance, hosted an industry leading podcast, and was a sought after keynote speaker for dozens of conferences around the country.
After a decade of rapid growth, Zack and his partner sold the agency in 2019 to a prominent, middle-market insurance firm backed by the private equity firm, Carlyle.
Today, Zack channels his experiences into helping businesses achieve scalable growth, serving as a growth advisor and resource for his company, ZG Group, where he guides companies through transformative strategies and innovative growth-oriented solutions.
